INGREDIENTS:

• 1/2 tbsp Baking Powder
• 2 pcs Eggs
• 1 Cup White Sugar

• 1 1/2 cup Milk/ evaporated milk

Instructions

2.  In a bowl. filter the 500 grms. Maya Fluffy n’ Tasty The Original Hotcake Mix,1 Cup Cocoa Powder  and the 1/2 tbsp Baking Powder.
3. Add the 2 pcs Eggs,1 Cup White Sugar and 1 pinch Salt.
4. Mix the dry ingredients until it combine
5. After mixing add the 1 1/2 cup Milk/ evaporated milk and 1/2 cup Oil.
6. Mix until it combine.
7. Add water if needed 3/4 Cup Water
8. Refrigerated the cupcake mixer, and wait until 1-2 minutes
9. In a muffin pan or puto molder with wax paper(cupcake paper) add the mixer.
10. And put in the steamer and with until 5-7 mins.
11. Check the cupcake using the toothpick or stick.When you have not seen enough of the toothpick it is cooked. Serve and Enjoy:)
